CV/Resume/Bibliography

Born in 1977, in the country of Kazakhstan, a part of the former
Soviet Union, Aliza’s first memories are of enjoying fine art and music.
Classically trained for 10 years at a school for gifted children, she followed in the family tradition of studying the violin.  As a young woman of 16, Aliza’s passion matured into a love of the visual arts.  Graduating with a Master’s degree in Art and Textiles from the Kazakh State Academy of Art, Central Asia’s most renowned school of art, theater and cinema, Aliza started living her dream of a life creating beautiful works depicting her own style that caries her culture’s influence.  She found much success in her home environment of Central Asia, Aliza has now focused on developing her craft in Canada.  She has already hosted her first Canadian exhibition entitled Art  From Another Hemisphere, as well as having her work displayed in Western and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the United States.
